Meet the 2020-21 Trillium 

School for the Performing Arts Instructors

Hannah Morningstar-Stout

Hannah Morningstar-Stout has been dancing since the early age of 2. This is her fourth year with Trillium. During her years at Next Step School of Dance she was not only a student but an assistant teacher as well. Hannah opened Morningstar Studios in White Sulphur Springs in the fall of 2013 and sadly had to close in 2016 due to the flooding.  She has attended the West Virginia Dance Festival since the age of 13 and has worked with many renowned choreographers such as David Howard and Ronnie DeMarco. She attended college at Alderson-Broaddus University from 2011-2013. 

She teaches and enjoys dancing many genres, but classical Ballet and Jazz have always been her favorite. 

Lynda Halliday
Performance & Technical Theatre & Film Concepts
Lynda Halliday has been a professional Set & Lighting Designer and Technical Director since 1974. She has a BFA in Visual and Performing Arts with a focus on Technical Theatre. Lynda has also been a Director, Stage Manager, Stage Hand, Follow Spot Operator, Scenic Artist, Choreographer, Performer, and Instructor from Japan to Virginia. Since 2006 she has been the Lighting Designer and Stage Manager for Trillium.

Friday (Virtual)

5:30-6   Pre-ballet    Ages 3-5

6-8   Combo- Tap, Ballet, Jazz    Ages 6-14

Prices & Policies



Tuition: Trillium School for the Arts Tuition for the 2020 -21 season is $40 per month.

(That's just $10 per class!)


Fees: A one-time annual $10 fee is required for registration and insurance.  


Please note that need-based scholarships are available for all ages. 



Payment: Please pay both the Tuition + $10 Annual Registration Fee during the first week of class or at the time of registration. 


Please make checks payable to TRILLIUM and write the student’s name and class on the memo line.

You can also pay on-line through the website donation box. Just add $2 to cover fees.

Scholarship Information


You must fill out an application to be considered for a scholarship. Please submit via email to or return to Trillium office at 867 Court Street North, Lewisburg, WV 24901  There is a 24 hour drop slot to right of the door for you convenience.
